Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and OKUL ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of www.okulva.com and the OKUL AI virtual receptionist platform. By accessing our website, starting a free trial, or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
The platform
What OKUL provides
OKUL provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist and CRM workflow platform designed for service businesses in the United States. The platform helps businesses capture leads, manage appointments, and communicate with customers via phone and SMS.
- AI-assisted call answering and routing.
- SMS communication tools for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and customer support.
- CRM workflow features for managing customer interactions.
- A 10-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Account
Registration & free trial
To access the OKUL platform you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You may not create accounts using automated means or create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
- The free 10-day trial is available once per business. We reserve the right to revoke trial access for abuse.
- You agree to notify us immediately at support@okulva.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
What you may and may not do
You agree to use the OKUL platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. You may not:
- Send unsolicited SMS messages, spam, or communications to individuals who have not opted in.
- Use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists for any messaging campaigns.
- Send messages outside the scope of consent provided by the recipient.
- Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your identity in any communication.
- Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harassing communications.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the OKUL platform.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
SMS & calling
Your messaging responsibilities
When you use OKUL to send SMS messages to your customers, you — the business using the platform — are the sender and are solely responsible for ensuring you have obtained proper, documented consent before sending any message.
- You must obtain express written consent from each recipient before sending marketing or promotional SMS messages.
- You must honor opt-out requests (STOP replies) immediately and maintain accurate opt-out records.
- You must not send more messages than the recipient consented to receive.
- You are responsible for any TCPA violations arising from your use of the platform's messaging features.

Ownership
Intellectual property
All content on this website and within the OKUL platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — is owned by or licensed to OKUL and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform (customer records, notes, call logs). By using the service, you grant OKUL a limited license to process that data solely to deliver the service to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the OKUL platform or website without our express written permission.
Limitations
Disclaimers & liability
THE OKUL PLATFORM AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — you are responsible for reviewing and supervising all customer-facing communications.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OKUL'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OKUL IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. OKUL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Other terms
Indemnification, termination & law
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OKUL and its employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law including the TCPA.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time through the platform or by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any prepaid subscription period.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Consent Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OKUL. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
